“ Best breakfast in town great service Joe. The food is delicious. You nailed this place ”
“ If you're not from the North Hills area chances are you probably never heard of this spot. It's on Lincoln street right across from the Lincoln Bakery. It's cash only and seating is limited so if you're going for breakfast, go early. Don't worry they serve breakfast all day. It had a very homie atmosphere, the whole staff was so friendly and the prices were SOLID. Everything we got with a tip came out to $55 The star of the show for us was two things we didn't expect. The ham on the eggs benny and the chili. Everything else was a top tier quality for us when looking for a diner breakfast. Omelette wasn't skimping in filling, biscuits homemade with that love, pancakes very fluffy and didn't need syrup, potatoes cooked perfect with awesomely sautéed onions, and that hollandaise sauce... one of if not best I've had. This currently sits at #1 for my girlfriend's and I for traditional diners and we will be visiting again without a doubt !! ”
“ Joe's Rusty Nail knows how to do breakfast right! We stopped by last Saturday, and the food was fantastic, but the real star of the show was Bonnie. She was on top of everything, keeping our drinks full, checking in at just the right moments, and making us feel truly welcome. Service like that is rare! I had a little bit of everything breakfast wise, and it was all phenomenal, hearty portions, great prices, and full of flavor. This place has true diner vibes to the core, plus, we even got to sit in Mr. McFeely's legendary seat! I do have to go back and try the Reuben because I saw a number of people eating it and it looked really good. Some diners are slipping, but not Joe's Rusty Nail! If you want great food and even better service, go see Bonnie, you won't regret it! ”
“ Classic diner inside and out. Thankful to live so close to here. It does get pretty busy on the weekends after church lets out, but don't let that deter you. The service here is fantastic, everyone is friendly, exactly what you'd expect from a family diner. The food has all been good, from pancakes to french toast, eggs, etc... Taken family & friends here a few times. Will definitely be back! Best breakfast spot in Bellevue. ”
“ Food was Service was Price was Overall I actually love this place. Been going here since I was a toddler back in 93. ”
“ It was everything I hoped it would be and more. Places simply don't exist like this, at least not in Washington county. So good my wife had the Tuna Melt, which she said was amazing. It also just flat out looked good. I took a bite and liked it as well. I had the Swiss Melt, it was awesome. Nice and simple. My only gripe is that the burger could've used some more seasoning, and that's minor I asked our server how the chicken salad was and if she liked it. She said she doesn't eat it because she likes the Tuna Salad so much...so she brought me a sample of it! It was good too! I also liked walking into yesteryear. The ambiance was what I was looking for. Simple and good. It delivered and we can't wait to go back. ”
“ A friend and I stopped in last Saturday to catch up. We did not have to wait long to be seated and our server was on top of our table. We both got the French toast and I got an order of home fries which were delicious !! (We did not take pictures, just living in the moment) but we really enjoyed stopping in. We will definitely be stopping in again in the future. ”
“ Stopped in for breakfast this weekend & immediately the staff was super friendly & eager to have us. It's a small cute diner with great food and even better prices. We both ordered the same thing, I ordered the country breakfast with French toast & she ordered it with pancakes. There was SO much food I couldn't finish my plates & I was absolutely stuffed! I forgot about this place for a while but I will definitely be coming back more often! ”
“ An excellent place for a traditional breakfast. It is a bit cramped inside, but the servers are very friendly and attentive. I got the French toast special with bacon and it was a steal in today's world at only $6.99. Others in our group got the country breakfast which was enough to eat for a day! ”
“ Hubby and I stopped here for a late lunch and the Steeler's game (with sound!) on 2 televisions. Parking was free on the street because it was a Sunday. The menu is extensive (4 kinds of Devonshires!), the staff are nice, and the kitchen is fast. I had a truly delicious tuna melt and hubby's tangy coleslaw (standard issue), while he had a burger (on Texas toast?!) and the fries. We aren't big eaters and each only ate half of our sandwiches and took the rest for lunch the next day. They also do take out. We would eat here again if we were in the area. ”
